Summer is the period when my vegetable garden starts giving its best products. Every morning we collect the freshest vegetables and we use them both in the Cooking School and for the making of dinner at the villa where I have accommodation.

Having a great cooking class this morning with 10 nice ladies from Baltimore, Philadelphia and Delaware.

Today we have cooked a lot of things, among whose a great Risotto using the fresh Zucchini from my garden, and with the eggplants and the tomatoes  you see in this picture we have made "Melanzane alla Parmigiana".
